We turned to Mr Vinoth Kumar, Product Head in Digient; who shares the reason behind sticking around for more than a decade, “A transparent system put in place and our boss’s door is always open for discussion”. Mr Kumar further highlights his stint in Europe for six months- a learning experience fraught with challenges- to get training and experience while working in Playtech. With constant opportunities and promotions thrown into the mix, Digient knows exactly how to identify and retain the capable workforce.
